John is an amazing builder! He truly cares about his clients and quality of the homes he builds. His attention to detail is apparent, and he goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect is done right. During the building process, we had challenges, but John always dealt with what ever was thrown his way in a professional and effective manner. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish, and we LOVE our home! To speak to his good character, we had a bad storm which caused damage to some shingles, and knocked a large tree limb down onto our screen enclosure. Even though it had been 4 1/2 years since John finished our house, and this was no fault of his, he was there the next day checking things out and making repairs. I can and do highly recommend John and Southern Oaks Homes!!!
