Great builder! Coming from a construction background, I can say the build and integrity of Southern Oaks Homes is far superior to any that I walked through and even considered. The main reason we selected them was seeing the pride and attention to details they have in their homes. You could see this from examining the framing and completed projects the builder was more than happy to share. Every detail and any changes that we discussed were carried out exactly or even to a greater extent than what was requested. The home is totally energy efficient and after 7 Years there are still no issues with any aspect of the home. We are extremely happy and would recommend Southern Oaks Homes to anyone that requires a quality built home.
